They provide the full suite of end-to end-logistics solutions for customers, with particular capabilities in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics and Oil & Gas. They are looking for a Business Development Manager, to develop and maintain strong connections within the General Freight business.

Job Description
  • To source and develop more logistics businesses by focusing on the following:
  • Increase customer base.
  • Proactively research the market and target new customers as well as maintaining existing relationships
  • Prepare, submit and follow up on quotations.
  • Handle all products under Logistics division.
  • Trade lane development, customers and overseas partners/agents.
  • Arrange local sales campaigns for visiting overseas partners/agents.
  • Trade lane reporting
  • Conduct market research.

The Taipan Seeks
  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years in logistics industry with good knowledge of freight, with a minimum 4 years in sales.
  • Competent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Able to communicate well with all stakeholders.
  • Possess high integrity and strong commitment.
  • Display high level of energy and is a strong self-motivator.
